Solar Foods Oyj (the “Company”) is a Finnish public limited company, and its shares are listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy. Solar Foods complies with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Association, the Solar Foods Code of Ethics and the rules of Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.

Solar Foods is not obliged to comply with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code (2020) maintained by the Finnish Securities Market Association. However, the Company endeavours to comply with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code where applicable but does not report its deviations from the recommendations.

In accordance with the Companies Act, the administration of Solar Foods is divided between the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO. In the day-to-day management of the Company, the CEO is assisted by the Management Team. Shareholders participate in the supervision and management of Solar Foods through decisions taken at General Meetings.
